I enjoyed the spacious suite but found chipped paint on the walls.

Our new-fashioned room was soundproof and bed was comfortable. Everything was simply very good.

Everything was simply brand-new. Fairly clean place and favourable location, appreciated welcoming staff. Btw, the airport was 16 miles away. The hotel room was reasonably spacious and soundproof with king size bed, better sleeping quality plus shower.

Feel warmly welcomed. My room wassuper clean and cozy, equipped with modern amenities. The surrounding area felt a bit industrial. I found several nice local restaurants nearby, perfect for a quick bite or casual dining.

The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes including freshly cooked crab and good herbal chicken soup. The attentive staff added a personal touch to my experience.

Some noise from the highway.

The event venues and catering services were top-notch. The Grand Puteri Ballroom was elegantly designed and the poolside terrace offered stunning views for a memorable event.

The room facing the highway could be a bit noisy. It would be great if the hotel had double glazing windows to block out the noise.

The breakfast had a wide selection of food, including delicious local options. the rooms were modern and soundproof, located on top of the gym. the staff was well-trained and responsive to all guests.

The hotel was clean with consistently courteous and pleasant staff from Room service. Comforts of a double room were fabulous - a seating area, a writing desk, and iron and ironing board. - Absolutely perfect location of the venue in a happening area.

This place offers a clean room with a good-sized shower and a comfy king-size bed. the room is located on level 3, right above the gym, which is convenient. There's also a safe provided for guests' peace of mind in case they need to store valuable items. 🛏️

I had a great stay here! This venue is very conveniently located at a congested area. The room service was perfect and the housekeeping was very good. I also appreciated the amenities, like the ironing facilities and air conditioning. Additionally, the dining restaurant was excellent with halal food, and the bar had great music. the staff here were friendly and helpful.

I would recommend this hotel to my friends.
